Soon after the car starts, the temperature of the automatic transmission oil will rise. In case of climbing, high temperature environment, continuous ultra-high speed driving and stop and go in the urban area, the automatic transmission oil temperature will exceed the safe temperature (80 ℃).
High temperature will damage the quality and friction characteristics of the automatic transmission oil, increase friction and wear, and the transmission noise will follow. At the same time, oil sludge (impurities or dirt) will also be generated inside the transmission (such as valve body and control pipeline), resulting in the collapse and impact of the transmission.
If the temperature exceeds 120 ℃, the rubber sealing material will begin to harden and age, and the seal is not tight and leaks, resulting in hydraulic pressure drop after comparison. If the temperature is higher, the transmission begins to slip, which in turn causes the temperature to rise higher. (Audi and other high-end models will alarm and enter the transmission protection mode) if it is not solved in time, the transmission will be scrapped.
